(Ortho), M.ch (Ortho), F.I.A.A, Fellow in Arthroscopy (India, Holland), is an Orthopaedic Surgeon trained in various aspects of Arthroscopy surgeries and sports medicine. He started the Orthomed Hospital in the year 2013, exclusive for Arthroscopy, sports medicines & joint care.

Sports Medicine
Sports medicine is a branch of medicine that focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries and conditions related to sports and physical activity.
Knee
The knee joint is a complex joint that is critical to mobility and movement. It is the largest joint in the human body and is composed of three bones: the femur , the tibia (shin bone), and the patella.
Shoulder
The shoulder joint tend to be one of the most mobile joints of the human body. It allows for a wide range of movement and is responsible for the rotation and movement of the arm.
Elbow
The elbow is a complex joint that allows for the movement of the forearm, enabling us to perform a wide range of daily activities, from picking up a cup of coffee to throwing a ball
Wrist
The wrist joint, also known as the radiocarpal joint, is where the radius bone of the forearm meets the carpal bones of the hand. It is a complex joint that allows movements in the hand and wrist.
Hip
The hip joint is a ball-and-socket joint that is, the round head of the femur bone fits rightly into the cup-shaped socket of the pelvis, called the acetabulum. This design allows a movements of the hip joint .
Ankle
The ankle is a joint that connects the foot to the lower leg. It is composed of three bones: the tibia and fibula from the lower leg and the talus from the foot. These three bones come together to form a hinge joint.
Know your Ailment
ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) tear – a tear in the ligament that connects the thigh bone to the shin bone in the knee, usually caused by a sudden twisting or pivoting motion.
